Margi Fox, Founder and Principal Consultant

My passion is using my skills to add tangible value for companies and create engaging, inspiring work environments for employees. I bring a positive, collaborative, can-do approach, and have extensive experience as a trusted partner for executive leadership.

My Story

I’ve been fortunate to have an amazing number of opportunities throughout my career across a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, FinTech, Real Estate and Hospitality - where I had opportunities to work cross-functionally in Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Kaizen methodologies.

From start-up/scale-ups to multi-billion dollar international organizations, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some really wonderful and talented professionals from around the world, and have traveled extensively and lived abroad.

With a Master's in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and SHRM Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification, I have the credentials to back up my 20+ years of experience in HR.
