My Story
I’ve been fortunate to have an amazing number of opportunities throughout my HR career across a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Business Services, FinTech, Real Estate and Hospitality. I've also worked cross-functionally in Manufacturing Quality where I've lead teams in Continuous Improvement and Kaizen methodologies.
From start-up/scale-ups to multi-billion dollar international organizations, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some really wonderful and talented professionals from around the world, and have traveled extensively and lived abroad.
With a Master's in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and SHRM Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification, I have the credentials to back up my 20+ years of experience in HR.
